Today (April 14th) you should find a new build of Lore Aftermath up on InstantAction to enjoy. While this is a smaller update, here are the new features and changes that have taken place in this build.
New Features:
Overload System - The way overloading (heat generation from firing your weapons) is handled has been changed. Each time a weapon now fires it will add to your overload bar (the amount is dependent upon the weapon), how ever, each second of time that passes heat is removed from your overload bar based on the type of power-plant your MAV is equipped with. Powerplant 1 will remove the most overload, while Powerplant 2 removes the least.
Bug Fixes:
- Some tweaks have been done to enhance network traffic more.
- Various memory leaks have been resolved.
- Removed invisible collision meshes on the destroyed repair bay.
- Removed an exploit with the MAV repair bay.
- Flamethrower explosions no longer hang in the air unnaturally.
- Fixed a bug that was causing a line to appear when you use the zoom feature.
- Fixed an exploit with LRAB grouping.
- Fixed a bug with closed games having difficulties ending properly.
